What I think
To begin with the cover page is vibrant and attention-grabbing. The tagline will surely nudge you and encourage you to read the book. Come on, who doesn’t want to read a book that would soon be made into a motion picture! In a scenario where every IIT engineer and IIM graduate venture into the world of writing, the book blurb is surely relatable. It describes a story that every ardent Indian-author reader aspire to be – writer!

Incidentally, the book doesn’t disappoint. It jumps right to the plot and lucid narrative makes the instances more interesting. A successful writer meets an ambitious woman and how their lives transform is the crux of the story. A storyline that could have been redundant and boring is saved by a brilliant Ravi Subramaniam. The words flow with rehearsed ease and makes the reader turn one page after the other rapidly. Aditya Kapoor would remind some bestselling authors in India. This only makes the story more relatable and intriguing.

The filmy instances and predictable ending coupled with routine intentions makes this book a little less thrilling.

Should you read it?
Yes, if you like romance or if you like thriller!
It is an assured page-turner.
